Sarah Reid has over 7 years experience in design. She is currently the Senior UX & Research Designer at Dialexa: a research, design, and creation firm that builds innovative products. She has designed products for companies such as AT&T, GameStop, NBC, Jones Lang Lasalle, Sabre, Parkhub, and Flexdrive. She has also worked on startups such as Robin to help define their brand and grow their business. The discovery phase in Dialexa’s process plays a key role in enabling a smooth project kick-off. It ensures Dialexa is not only building what the client wants but also what the client and its users need. Sarah has brought in tools and led workshops, creating a better understanding of the problem and a clear solution for team members.
On every product she has brought her love of design and strategy into creating products that improve people’s lives and empower them. Sarah is passionate about making the world a better place with design and finds the intersection of design and psychology powerful to companies who want to make products that matter.
